Manifesting What You Want

So, if we are where we are supposed to be, how do we create or manifest something different, something we want but don't have? Ahhhh that is the true question. Several years ago, when I called my mom to tell her I had finished my studies, and actually received that piece of paper called a Doctorate, she said very nonchalantly, "Well of course you did! You are the only woman I know who always does what she sets out to do!" I was a bit taken aback. I thought everybody decided what they wanted, set their sites on that goal, and worked to get it. But as I thought about it, I realized I was wrong. And this has become very apparent to me with the people around me. So I set out to find the best ways to help others achieve their goals, their desires, their Passions! Last week I got certified as a "Passion Test Facilitator." (What's one more certification in the pile I have growing on my file cabinet?) And of course, had fun in Atlanta training with 25 or so other like minded folks.
One of the concepts that I recognized is the idea of intent - attention - no tension. It goes like this. First set the intent (what you want) and when it comes to intention, being clear on what it is that you want is very important.
"When you are clear, what you want will show up in your life and only to the extent that you are clear." Janet Bray Attwood.
Next, pay attention! This is about what you want, not what you don't want. (Call me to take the Passion Test if you are still not clear on what you want! 661-209-2632)
And finally, no tension. Let go! Once you know what your passions are, and you let go of how they will come, you can start living with passion. The "what" shows up in your life.
Ok, ok, I know, that's not enough information. But that is how it works. At one time I was VERY passionate about obtaining that Doctorate. I worked diligently toward it for 6 years. And no, it did not seem like work. But I know it was. At one time I was VERY passionate about obtaining a black belt in Aikido. I worked diligently at that for 4 years (at the same time I was obtaining a Doctorate.) And no, it didn't seem like work.
Now I am very passionate about my business and my school of hypnosis. I work diligently towards certain success goals. AND I'm living my passions.
So, if you'd like to learn more about your passions, please give me a call. I'll be giving one on one passion test sessions over the phone, in person, and Passion Test Group Seminars soon.
